Papua New Guinea Purosa AX is grown in the Eastern Highlands provinces, specifically Ivangoi, Purosa and Okapa valleys by over 3,000 farmers and certified as FTO through the Highland Organic Agricultural Cooperative.

The fresh ground aroma have a mild earthy, and spiciness. When brewing the aromatics provide subtle floral notes very inviting. The overall profile offer rich and full body, a nice cane sugar sweetness, with a little hint of caramel, low acidity, mild spiciness, smooth, and balanced, satisfying experience.
