This Direct Trade coffee is Shade Grown which is a rarity in Haiti to have that kind of forest cover. Coffee from Haiti is often called Haitian Blue because the varietal Typica is the same that is grown in the Jamaican Blue Mountain region. 
 
Notes: Earthy, with creamy body, notes of sugar and floral, mild acidity, smooth, clean , sweet undertones.
