This coffee comes from a certified organic single estate in the Jarbacoaa region of the Dominican Republic. The coffee from Ramirez Estate is bold, low acid and offers a more complex but balanced taste. 
 
Notes: Balanced taste of toast and walnuts, smooth and balanced sweetness, nutty aftertaste.
